Support We recognise that Service Support must be available when you need it, from a supplier who understands your problems. Access Digital Systems understand the frustration caused by system's downtime and the productivity problems that can follow. To ensure your service issues are kept to an absolute minimum, we ensure that our call out procedures are run with the customer in mind. We can work with you to develop a support model to match your budget and needs. All agreed services are then covered in your Support Contract, through which service levels are guaranteed and measured. The telephone number, which is displayed on all equipment supplied by Access Digital Systems, is all that is needed to request service or support from our dedicated Service Support Co-ordinator who will then utilise our network of fully trained engineers, trained to the highest of standards, to resolve your fault. We not only respond to the majority of copier service calls within 8 hours (average response time 2 hrs 30 mins), 98.2% of these calls are resolved on a 'first time fix' basis - our engineers are highly qualified with a comprehensive stock of spare parts ensuring that downtime is kept to a minimum. On the rare occasion a franking machine has a fault it can usually be remedied remotely without an engineer needing to visit. Access Digital Systems not only provide service on demand when a fault occurs, we are fully committed to providing preventative maintenance on every photocopier. Through scheduled, pro-active service calls to clean, adjust and replace parts, we are able to anticipate potential problems before they occur, thus reducing the number of service visits due to machine faults. This ensures that the equipment is operational for the optimum amount of time and causes minimum disruption to your business. In addition to our Call Out Service and Preventative Maintenance, we can also provide information relating to service costs, reliability, usage etc. which can be useful to you as a valuable management tool, particularly when a company has multiple installations, throughout the UK for example. |
